What will you charge me as a tenant?
Nothing. We do not charge tenants for any of our services. You will be asked for a holding deposit of no more than one week's rent, which goes towards your first rent or deposit, and a tenancy deposit capped at five weeks' rent where the annual rent is under £50,000.
What do I need to apply?
Photo ID, proof of your right to rent in the UK, proof of income, and a previous landlord's details if you have one. Having it ready is often the difference between getting the property and not.
Is my deposit protected?
Yes — in a government-approved scheme, with the prescribed information sent to you within 30 days of us receiving it.
